At Face to Face Games, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new look, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn apparel. Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return or exchange to receive a digital return authorization.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the garments in their original packaging and include the printed packing slip to ensure fast processing.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print our prepaid shipping label, then affix it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
